Following on from my beef enchiladas that I cooked last night and keeping with the Mexican theme, here is a taco mix recipe. It is free of all the additives and preservatives that you will find in the premade packs. I do find though that I tend to just use garlic, onion, paprika and cumin and for a bit of spice I will add a chilli. 🙂 I tend to use paprika and cumin in equal quantities. But I think the true taste of Mexican food is in the cumin.

-= Ingredients =-
6 tsp Chilli Powder
5 tsp Paprika
4 1/2 tsp Cumin
3 tsp Onion Powder
2 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper

-= Instructions =-
In storage container with tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients and mix well. Seal tightly. Store in cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
