Bourbon chicken – A great meal for a week night

This recipe is finger licking good. Some say its a mix between Chinese and American. But basically speaking if you like honey and soy, you will love this. It is ideal for a week night, as very little time is required. However be prepared to have no leftovers. Miss one even polished off the drumstick better than the dog would!

Note: Use whatever chicken you like. You can either dice it up and fry pieces, use drumsticks like we do or even just use the sauce as a marinade for wings.

  1. Enjoyed this very much and it’s so easy to make. I did make a change though! I realized after starting, I didn’t have any apple juice so I processed an apple and it worked well. This is on the favourite list.
